Hotel Information

According to the rules regarding tourist location, as issued by Assessorato al Turismo of Municipality and Province of Florence we are not allowed anymore to provide our flats with sheets and towels. Sheets and towels can be rented for 25 Euro, VAT included, per person, if customers so decide, to be paid at our offices when taking the keys. Such service is optional, and in case customers did not want it, they shall inform us 48 hours at least before their arrival. Please do not hesitate to ask for more information you may need. A security deposit of 200,00 Euro (preauthorization on credit card) will be required upon arrival and cancelled upon check out unless damages.
